Book your meeting room at BCIMO through our new online booking form, for meetings between 3rd June and 19th July, and indulge in a complimentary summer mocktail for you and each of your guests*.

Meetings are an essential part of business and can be an incredibly positive experience, as teams come together or connections are deepened, and creativity reigns or plans put into action. But, also an essential part of that positive experience, is meeting in the right place… somewhere you can get to and park at easily, and where you are warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Somewhere you can say “hello”, sit comfortably, have a drink and focus on what really matters. Somewhere that positive experience begins at the beginning.

At BCIMO, the events team are always working hard to ensure that positive experience for you and your business and so now, to make things even easier, they’re delighted to launch their new online self-booking system. The process is really easy, from choosing a date and time, a room and refreshments, and adding catering where needed; giving you the opportunity to obtain your meeting room costs at any time of day or night. The Events Manager will then be in touch to confirm your booking, take your payment, and answer any questions you may have. All you need to do is plan what happens when that meeting room door closes.

And when you book your meeting room using our new Online Booking Form from 3rd June for meetings up until 19th July, your free summer mocktails will automatically be included in the booking. It couldn’t be easier!

Meeting and Event Spaces Included in the Offer

BCIMO is in Dudley – at the very heart of the Black Country – based at the landmark Very Light Rail National Innovation Centre (VLRNIC). The centre is easily accessible via the M5 and M6, and has ample parking on site, with hotels nearby should your guests need an overnight stay.

There are four meeting rooms available on Level 2, for which visitors will be welcomed at the formal reception area, and into the meeting suite via the large Exhibition Hall, overlooking the unique Rail Development & Test Site, and past the state-of-the-art Auditorium – you can also use the online booking system to create an initial proposal for these two larger event spaces too.

Meeting Room 2.1 is ideal as a training room or for larger meetings, with a flexible layout including U-shaped for between 14 and 20 guests, classroom for between 14 and 16, cabaret for up to 18, and theatre-style for up to 35.

Refreshments are available for all rooms, with options noted in the booking system, but can include tea, coffee and snacks throughout your meeting, via our dedicated refreshment station. Thanks to everyone involved in setting up the event and being responsive on the day to last minute requests (more tea at 3pm for example!). I do think people went home happy!
